The hotel Te Moana Tahiti Resort is committed to respecting and protecting the environment with environmental and sustainable practices. The complex does selective sorting and reduces the volume of its waste on a daily basis. A green team is currently in place in the hotel to meet the expectations of sustainable development such as the reduction of energy consumption, as well as the preservation of natural resources.
All these commitments are reinforced by Te Moana’s adherence to the EarthCheck programme. In the process of obtaining EarthCheck Benchmark Bronze accreditation, the hotel’s goal is to reach the Platinum level within 10 years.
