1. Is it possible to organize a wedding ceremony at the hotel?

The Te Moana Tahiti Resort offers the organization of a civil wedding ceremony.
However, it is possible to organize a religious or traditional ceremony on our Motu Kahaia, in coordination with the officiant of your choice, whom you will have selected and directly appointed.

2. Where can we hold our reception?

Te Moana Tahiti Resort offers the possibility to privatize four distinct locations:

*Taapuna Restaurant : Located by the hotel’s lagoon, it offers a breathtaking view of Moorea and is ideal for hosting a reception in a chic and relaxed atmosphere.

        • Capacity: Up to 200 people in cocktail format and 130 people in buffet format.

        • Time Slot: From 12:00 to 16:00 or from 16:00 to 22:00.

*Motu Kahaia : A true haven of peace facing the lagoon and Moorea, it provides an ideal setting for hosting your event. Whether with your feet in the sand or on the deck of our inner lagoon, this is the perfect spot to admire the sunsets.

        • Capacity: Up to 100 people in cocktail format and 50 people in buffet format.

        • Time Slot: From 12:00 to 16:00 or from 16:00 to 22:00.

*Vaitohi Restaurant : Located in the hotel gardens, it offers a green setting to celebrate your event. It has a dining room and a covered terrace.

        • Capacity: Up to 150 people in cocktail format and 120 people in buffet format.

        • Time Slot: From 13:00 to 19:00.

*Vaitohi Bar : Adjacent to the Vaitohi Restaurant, the bar allows you to extend your wedding reception. It requires the booking of three standard rooms located above.

        • Capacity: Up to 60 people.

        • Time Slot: From 22:00 to 02:00.

3. What services are offered by the hotel?

The Te Moana Tahiti Resort has a Banquet Coordinator who will assist you throughout the complete organization of your wedding, from initial contact to the big day.
Our banquet service offers various catering options such as:

  • Cocktail reception (lunch or dinner)

  • Buffet

  • Plated meals

  • Live Cooking

For your musical entertainment, we will assist you in selecting one of our partner service providers.

4. To what extent can we hire an external provider?

You are welcome to hire your own contacts for specific services (wedding cake, ceremony officiant, decorator, musician, singer, etc.).
The chosen provider must be licensed and/or have a Tahiti registration number. The hotel reserves the right to accept or refuse collaboration with the external provider. Depending on the type of service, additional fees may apply.
